Co-designed and delivered with the Peregian Digital Hub, AI Uplift helps leadership teams of mid-market companies build practical, business-aligned roadmaps for AI adoption. The program supports executives in using AI themselves, identifying AI opportunities, uplifting internal capability, managing risks, and building pilot projects.
To date, the program has supported about 100 businesses that collectively employ over 2,000 staff across multiple sectors.

For AI Embedded, Steve has partnered with Ian Hansel to provide dedicated technical capability. Ian built eight AI proof-of-concept solutions for businesses in the recent AI Uplift program, translating commercial opportunities into working prototypes in days. Ian has delivered machine learning and generative AI projects for Cochlear, Arup, Autodesk, TAL, and NSW Government agencies.
Ian brings particular depth in generative AI applications, agent development, and building lasting internal capability within client teams.

FOUNDATION - $7,000/month
On-call advisory and early-stage technical work. Suited to businesses building their AI strategy and testing initial opportunities. Includes ongoing access for strategy, adoption planning, and technical guidance, plus up to 2 days per month of hands-on technical work including POC builds and agent prototyping. Regular check-ins to review progress and identify new opportunities, with knowledge transfer to build your internal AI capability.
GROWTH - $12,000/month
Sustained AI implementation with deeper technical delivery and agreed milestones. For businesses ready to move beyond exploration. Everything in Foundation, with up to 5 days per month of dedicated development and integration. Milestone-based delivery aligned to your business priorities, with embedded team training and capability development.
For projects that exceed the retainer scope, additional work can be scoped and quoted separately. This is a deliberately small practice with limited client capacity, ensuring depth of engagement on every account.
