Leadership Teams / AI Adoption Snapshot

AI Adoption Snapshot:
How to improve your AI adoption

Our AI Adoption Snapshot rates adoption quality against six pillars, to prepare the organisation to deliver a strategically successful AI program at scale.

AI value starts with the questions leaders are prepared to ask

Question: could we be missing the bigger opportunity by focusing on efficiency? Question: are we building capability, or just accumulating AI pilots? Question: have we thought about the risks we're introducing as AI gets more autonomous? Question: how are we monitoring all of these AI implementations, ongoing?

Who it's for

A CEO or nominated leadership sponsor who wants an organisation-specific read on AI adoption strategy and progress.

The question it answers

"What does AI adoption currently mean for this organisation: is the strategy sound, what are the roadblocks and is the organisation ready to accelerate?"

How we analyse your AI adoption

Six steps, from the sponsor conversation through to leadership-ready findings.

AI Adoption Quality is analysed from six perspectives

We assess direction and value, ability to execute, and oversight and protection to provide a well-rounded view of current adoption quality.

"They helped our leadership team cut through the AI noise, focus on where the actual value was, and build something that holds up. The result is more throughput, faster turnaround and less chasing."

Questions about the Snapshot

Is this the same as a full review?

No. It reports what leadership told us, not evidence we've independently tested. It exists to give you a fast view and a clear recommendation on whether deeper, evidence-based work is justified.

Who needs to be involved?

Your CEO or nominated sponsor for the briefing, plus interviews across leadership, technology, operations, adoption and risk. Expect roughly 3–4 hours of your organisation's time in total, plus the pre-assessment questionnaire.

What happens after the Snapshot?

We recommend either a Focused Opportunity engagement around the specific gaps found, or an Embedded Partnership for ongoing support across a sequence of opportunities. The Snapshot report justifies the recommendation, never a package deal decided in advance.

What is the AI Brain?

Our proprietary knowledge base of the risks and opportunities that arise with different types of AI implementation, built from delivering AI across 50+ businesses. We use it to find the gaps you haven't thought of yet.
