AI advisory embedded in your business

A steady hand guiding your team through AI adoption

We help leadership teams identify the right opportunities, redesign the surrounding work, build practical solutions and develop the capability to sustain them.

We help you find where AI actually creates value

Four places we look: the work your team does internally, the services you run, the experience your customers get, and the new things you can now offer them.

1

Improve internal work

Remove low-value effort, improve access to knowledge and support better decisions.

2

Redesign service operations

Improve how work moves between people, teams, systems and channels.

3

Improve customer interactions

Use AI to improve responsiveness, service and personalisation while protecting trust and commercial outcomes.

4

Create new products

Offer customers things that weren't possible before, now that building with AI is fast and cheap.

We help you prioritise opportunities by value, readiness and exposure.

The questions every leadership team is asking

Most organisations no longer need convincing that AI is worth pursuing. If these are the questions keeping you up at night, that's exactly where we come in.

Where should we begin?
— COO
How do we move beyond AI experimentation?
— Head of Operations
How do we scale once the first AI win lands, then keep building on it?
— General Manager
Which opportunities are worth pursuing?
— CFO
What capability should we build internally?
— CEO

We can help you answer them. Here's how.

Find the opportunity, redesign the work, build the capability

A repeating cycle, not a one-off project, backed by fractional support for as long as you need it.

01

Find the opportunity

Discovery, workflow observation and a prioritised roadmap.

02

Redesign the work

Define the future workflow, roles and information needs.

03

Build and integrate

Prototypes, agents and workflow automations, integrated.

04

Embed capability

Ongoing strategic guidance, upskilling and fractional support, so your team owns the work and feels proud of what they've delivered.

Each cycle feeds the next, not a one-off project.

Two ways to engage

Focused opportunity

A defined discovery, workflow redesign or proof-of-concept engagement around a specific business opportunity. Best when you have a clear opportunity to explore.

Discuss an opportunity

Embedded partnership

An ongoing relationship combining senior advisory, workflow design, technical delivery and capability transfer, for sustained progress across several opportunities.

How we're different

We help you build what's worth building

Most AI agencies are fluent in the tools but not in your business. We bring both, and figure out the right thing to build with you.

How we differ from most AI agencies
Us
Most AI agencies
Identify which opportunities are worth pursuing
Redesign the workflow, not just automate it
Bring CX and human-factors judgement
Apply change management so it embeds well
Purposefully upskill your team along the way

That's the difference between delivering and adding value.

"They helped our team build the first stage of an AI tool for preparing detailed client cost proposals and gave us a powerful platform for learning. Steve and Ian were first-rate: generous with their time, sharp and a pleasure to work with. The program benefited the whole firm."

Questions leadership teams ask us

Is this the same as hiring a contractor or a dev shop?

No. We combine commercial direction, workflow design and technical delivery in one team, and we stay only as long as useful, not as a permanent headcount replacement.

Do we need an AI strategy before we start?

No. A useful first conversation starts with a workflow, customer problem or area of persistent friction, not a completed strategy document.

How is this different from a typical AI agency?

Most AI agencies can build, but default to automating the process you already have. We look first — at information flows, data quality, and how much judgement each step really needs — so we're not just automating something poorly designed. That means the right efficiencies and foundations you can keep building on, not a brittle shortcut. We also bring UX and interface design, so the result works for the people using it, and we stay to embed the capability, not just ship the tool.

What if we've only run small AI experiments so far?

That's a normal starting point. We help you find which experiment is worth scaling and redesign the surrounding workflow so it sticks.

Is this a one-off project or an ongoing relationship?

Either. Focused opportunity engagements are fixed in scope; embedded partnerships continue for as long as there's a sequence of opportunities worth pursuing.

Choose an opportunity worth pursuing

A useful first conversation does not require a completed AI strategy. Bring a workflow, customer problem or area of persistent friction.
